Skipped work today

I skipped work today, not feeling very well, im still thinking whether to see doctor to get my MC or not? Its not that i don't want to get MC, its just that my budget is extremely tight due to medical bills for this month. Sigh, i don't know how am i going to answer my supervisor tomorrow if i didn't pass my MC to him, he won't accept and believe my reason anyway, its either i go see Doctor and collect my MC, but if i do i will have to tighten my stomach in order to have enough money to pay for my ultra scan this thursday OR skip the MC and give a bad impression on my supervisor which will cost me on my appraisal day. What do you think i should do??
